  1. Services We Provide

We are a full-service creative and digital agency. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Logo Design
  • Website Design and Development
  • Branding and Marketing Design
  • Custom Design Solutions

Every service is delivered based on the package or custom agreement you select at the time of purchase.

  1. Revisions

We want you to love what we deliver. Here is how revisions work:

  • Revisions are free as long as the original concept and direction stay the same
  • Turnaround on revisions is typically 24 to 48 hours
  • If the direction changes significantly or a completely new concept is requested, it may be treated as a new order

  1. Payments

  • All payments are required upfront or as per agreed milestones before work begins
  • We do not start on any project until payment is confirmed
  • Additional services, upgrades, or scope changes outside the original agreement may carry extra charges

  1. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Key points to keep in mind:

  • Refund eligibility depends on how far along the project is at the time of the request
  • No refunds are issued once a design has been approved or final files have been delivered
  • Website projects become non-refundable once they have been deployed

  1. Delivery

  • Initial design concepts are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days
  • Rush delivery may be available depending on availability and will carry an additional cost
  • Final files are sent via email or through your client account
  • Timelines can shift depending on the complexity of the project and how quickly we receive feedback from your end

  1. Client Responsibilities

A smooth project depends on both sides showing up. As a client, you agree to:

  • Share clear and accurate project details from the start
  • Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Stay on top of updates through your account or email

Delays on the client side will affect the project timeline and are not something we can be held responsible for.

  1. Communication

  • Clients are responsible for keeping an eye on their account and email inbox
  • We are only responsible for communication that comes through our official channels, info@professionallogodesign.net and the contact numbers listed on our website
  • Anything communicated through unofficial or unverified sources is not our responsibility

  1. Ownership and Usage Rights

Ownership and usage rights are governed by our Rights to Use Policy. When a project is delivered, clients receive usage rights to the design. Full copyright transfer is a separate arrangement and requires additional payment.

  1. Originality Guarantee

Every design we deliver is built from scratch based on your brief. We do not reuse, recycle, or copy existing work. If a delivered design ever turns out to be similar to something already existing, we will revise or redesign it at no extra cost. That said, trademark registration is entirely the client’s responsibility.

  1. Domain, Hosting and Email

Domain and hosting may be included depending on the website package you select. We may provide email accounts if hosting is managed through us. This varies by package so check your agreement for specifics.

  1. Inactive Projects

If a project sits without any activity for 60 days, it may be marked as inactive. Reactivating it after that point may come with additional charges and any assigned resources may have been moved to other active projects in the meantime.

  1. Liability

Professional Logo Design is not liable for:

  • Delays or losses that result from the client’s own delays or lack of communication
  • Issues that are caused by third party services like, hosting providers or domain registrars
  • Any misuse of designs after they have been delivered

  1. Marketing Communication

By sharing your contact details with us, you agree that we may reach out with:

  • Project updates and service related notifications
  • Relevant offers and announcements

You can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any email.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. We recommend checking back occasionally so you are always up to date.
